Management of all bookings from both OTA's and direct.

Guest communications, ID requests and damage deposit authorisation management.

Management of cleaning teams & schedules.

Management of laundry hire including hotel grade laundry providers.

3 monthly property maintenance inspections and management of any required maintenance work.

Monthly finance reports detailing booking revenue and expenses assocaited with the property.
